A self adhesive pad that creates approximately 8 hours of slow release, medicated heat.  It is comfortable to wear and easy to peel off without hair removal.

Remove from the foil and peel off the backing and then leave to the air for a few minutes.

Place on the affected area, although it initially feels cool , a penetrating warm sensation will develop helping to relieve aches and pains.

If replaced in the foil it can be re-used for up to 8 hours of warmth. It can be cut to a suitable size.

It is to be used as an aid in the treatment of sports injuries or any condition that responds to heat treatment.  However if the pain persists then seek help from your health professional.

If any skin irritation occurs remove and reduce the amount of time the pad is in place.
